Ciao! I’m Marta, I was born in Italy in 1991 but destiny brought me to the land of a thousand lakes, Finland, in 2016.

My love story with languages began as soon as I learned to read, and it’s been growing ever since.

I am fluent in four languages, I’ve spent years studying, exploring and also enjoying the art of communication, always looking for the perfection in it.  Language isn’t just a tool, it’s a bridge between worlds, a way to connect hearts and minds across cultures.

I work as a translator, copywriter and proofreader,  book editing is also in my work skills, and I strive to bring cultural insight, creativity and a pinch of Italian flair to every project. Along the way, I’ve also redacted and collaborated on several books, which has only made my love for stories and beautiful language even stronger.

When I’m not working, you’ll most likely find me curled up with a book, getting lost in new worlds and clever turns of phrase.

I’m a firm believer that great writing starts with great reading, and I love bringing that spark into everything I do.
